We work with a variety of businesses and projects large or small in scale. Since 2000, we have provided hands-on experience, gaining a respected reputation for quality and service.
What makes us different? We provide a full and complete bid before a contract is ever signed. We don’t believe in change orders. That is where most contractors rely on making extra money. Many will bid low to get the job and then hit you with the change orders later. When you are in the middle of a project and an undisclosed issue arises, a client is stuck and has no choice but to agree to a change order. We bid 100% up front so that you can rely on your budget and not jeopardize a project sending you into panic mode when your only obligation should be to market your business and get ready for a grand opening. The only change orders we give are when a client changes their plans midstream. Secondly, we provide lien releases along the way. This legal process keeps your business out of harms way with suppliers and workers that can lien your property and hold you up from opening, or worse land you in court later to defend yourself wasting a bunch of money.
